This is a great option if you are planning to spend more of your vacation time exercising with your family. There are hundreds of other fitness clubs in North Myrtle Beach as well. Most of them feature pools, state-of-the-art weight rooms and cardio machines, and saunas. When you’re at the beach, it’s not hard to stay active. In fact, most of the time, you are actually getting more exercise on vacation than you ever would imagine back at home! There is an endless supply of beach and water sports, such as beach volleyball, ultimate frisbee, surfing, and para-sailing. Our wide beach strand is perfect for distance runners. Outdoor shopping malls, such as Myrtle Beach’s Tanger Outlets, are a good place to get in hours of cardio. You could end up walking several miles as you check out all the hot merchandise!

Eating Right in North Myrtle Beach

Dining out, especially to seafood restaurants, is a popular pasttime for North Myrtle Beach visitors. Take your time, study the menu and ask waitstaff about the various dinners before you go jumping into the buffet. Most restaurants will cater to the pickiest health nut and offer some fabulous alternatives. Fish is actually one of the best foods you can eat if you’re watching your weight – and we have tons of it!
